Felix Rapp (b. 1993) is a German artist and a recent graduate from Emily Carr University of Art and Design (2016). Although previously dedicated to the tradition of documentary photography, Rapp’s practice now critically pursues the traces left behind by documentarians of the last century. Conflicts and complications within the photographic medium become the common ground upon which Rapp challenges the verifiable, investigates incidents and explores histories by experimenting with shattered evidence. Rapp currently lives and works in Dresden, Germany.
