Takuji Kogo’s “Comics” consists of six animated videos presenting propaganda, advertisements, street signs with different languages taken from different places including the African market street in Guangzhou, foreign maid agencies in the shopping mall in Singapore, advertisement posters for plastic surgery clinics in the subway station at Seoul, South Korea, a kinetic billboard at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Walking Street at Pattaya Thailand and Corso Sicilia Catania Italy.
He will also show a collaborative work with John Miller titled : “WHY DO THINGS HAVE OUTLINES?” the work will be shown at Kultivera’s window for the duration of a year as the artist will keep updating the video works on different dates.
