Maher Abdul Moaty is a Syrian dancer from Damascus who studied business and economy at the University of Damascus. Maher has been dancing since he was a small boy - initially studying with the help of the internet. Hence he started dancing different styles such as modern-, contemporary-, hip-hop-, oriental- and folkdance to participate later in dance projects with choreographers from Middle East countries and Europe. He has worked and toured with Syrian companies such as Rmad, Enana ballet and Ornina in addition to the Lebanese Caracalla Dance Theater. Since arriving to Germany he has worked as a freelance artist and even joined Hannah Ma dance in Germany.
