Amira Akbıyıkoğlu (Istanbul, 1983) received a BA from anthropology and a MA from sociology. She started to work at Outlet / Independent Art Space (Istanbul).In 2013 she stayed in London to pursue a post-graduate diploma program on art and business. Currently she is the associate director of Istanbul-based Pilot gallery. Her curatorial works include 20XX: Relics (Co-pilot, Istanbul) and Red Bull Art Around (Moda neigbhorhood, Istanbul, 2016).
